Unfortunately both the wife and I are sick. So it will probably be Kraft Spirals for dinner as that\'s easy comfort food. Last night was Frozen Pizza due to this damned illness. Hopefully feeling better tomorrow so we can get some \'real food\'

Seeing you knock back that shared platter was impressive mate. Very impressive! :wow:

ok to be fair you had the onion rings and it wasn\'t proper food, it was just deep fried crap (although i really liked those cheese and chilli melt things)

Barbecued home-made lamb köfte, mushrooms, home-grown courgettes, aubergines, peppers, rice, and pitta bread. Followed by barbecued nectarines with honey and cookie dough ice cream, and washed down with a glass of Relentless Inferno :)

A big roast leg of lamb with roast potatoes, a red wine sauce and a leafy salad, and then baked figs with greek yogurt and honey :D

Surely you shouldn\'t be quaffing caffeine at your age, Billmeister! :drunk:

By the way, I saw your Nurgle warrior at Freak\'s the other day - not at all bad in the flesh!

lol I drink plenty of caffeine, especially in the holidays (I was having 3 or 4 cups of coffee a day last month). Relentless Inferno isn\'t as good as regular Relentless, but it\'s still nice.

I\'d forgotten about that Nurgle guy. Quite proud of him at the time, but I don\'t think he was one of my best pieces.

This thread is making me hungry.

After putting up with the Taiwanese crap for too long it was a blessing when Costco\'s opened up in town.

My lady and I went shopping there today and got all kinds of goodies.

Tonight it\'ll be an Italian style salad with real Swiss cheese cubes and some cheese topped baked potatoes. Polished down with some fine French Burgundy red wine. I don\'t usually do dessert but I got a big punnet of fresh blueberries. So I think it\'ll be Hagan Dazs vanilla ice cream sprinkled with blueberries as a treat.

Might even top it all off with a Sunday night DVD.

First thing\'s first though. I\'ve got some mini painting to do!

Bon Appetit\'

Bill, go easy on the stuff! Caffeine should be approached with caution - I offer myself as an example in this instance, as I was a professional coffee roaster and coffee shop manager: I went too far with the intake and ended up intolerant to it. I can drink coffee now and again, but only after a meal and some wine so it enters my body in a controlled way. I drink decaff in cafes, but it ain\'t the same! Respect the caffeine Bill!

And as far as the miniature goes, it has flashes of excellence in certain areas that promise a great future. Great I say!
