My first few bought-by-me minis were done very quickly - less than week, maybe? After that, things went rapidly downhill... lol Like BPI, I used to do the covetous fondling thing but now I\'m starting to leave things in their blisters too!

Perhaps not what you meant, but I entered a painting competition at a con last year and painted a Reaper bard mini in an hour, my fastest ever time. And I won!

2 hours.... speed painting contest. Open blister to finished and photoed mini.

I\'m sure not saying it was my best work, but it was fun.

And that\'s very very good for me.

Couple of hours back when I was a red shirt.

I once received 60 plastic skaven at lunchtime and had to paint them before the shop closed at 6pm. So that\'s six hours, divided by 60.

So six minutes then

I average around five hours for character painting from opening blister to finishing.

roughly five hours from mail man delivering to finished commision

the stuff that i have done under an hour i have had sitting in the pile for some time so they don\'t count.

I received Arwen on the thursday and had painted her by the saturday.

But that was with ultra motivation to get finished by sunday for GD
