what\'s the matter with andrea\'s people?

I ordered and paid the faq on armour from andrea\'s website a while ago but never received any confirmation for my order, so I emailed them to know if my order had made it or had been lost somehow.
I emailed them at all avaliable addresses (not all at the same time :-D) and still: no answer.
Do you know if they have an email problem or if they simply were swallowed by a black hole and are now having fun near alpha centauri?

Iiiii Honestly have no idea! I\'m kina wondering if the dude who takes the mail is away. We had the same problem on here with a PDF download recently, and Chern was/is away.

Wow alpha centauri reference brings to mind an experience we had here at work. Someone wanted to enroll in school and when asked where he was from he said right outside the Alpha Centauri system. Yeah . . . the meeting ended there.

Sorry to say but Andrea are noted for being a teeny bit lax with responding to emails... by which I mean, \"Don\'t hold your breath!\"

They\'ve been this way for years, so it\'s nothing new. This, coupled with their poor attention to QC = *shakes head*

That sounds rather familiar in reference to a couple of UK based companies as well.
