I think they were only 1. ed., Itchy. I\'ve got the 2. ed. codex and they aren\'t mentioned. Dunno what they were good for.

Zoats are sometimes found on Ebay at premium prices, obviously somebody\'s got a sweet tooth for them...

Re: Zoats

Zoats were a distinct race in the good ol\' days of 40K:RT, but with the release of Advanced Space Crusade got drawn in as the heralds of the Hive Fleets.

Although they were discarded in 2nd and 3rd edition, the new codex obliquely refers to these in the section on earlier Hive Fleets.

They\'re damn hard to find these days and the models aren\'t earth-shattering in terms of quality but for the time they were sculpted, they were lovely pieces. I had two and sold them years ago (dammit!).
