That definatly without a doubt would be my son of a b**h necromancer... A. T. Dargan. (text based rpg-ing) He just turned undead with an extra powerboost. And believe me a big parts of the RPG-world wasn\'t waiting for that

Id say a 1st/2nd ed ranger Thor Amblestone the only character I ever rolled with 18/100 str..he is still wrecking havoc in Greyhawk many years later fighting the Temple Of Elemental evil..will be fun when we finally make a mini of him and some of his compatriots in the various groups we have.

That would have to be my Gurahl in the White Wolf Dark Ages story that\'s ongoing.
In D&D, I\'d have to say it\'s my minotaur fighter who is currently indebted to a gnomish paladin who is trying to teach him to be more pleasant to people.

Hmmm... Since Zora started this thread and he\'s my GM, I should probably say that my favorite character is Thilme\', my elf bard in Zora\'s game... but she\'s not quite my fave.
My fave would have to be Telemnar, my 3.5 fighter/Tempest elf. He\'s in the same campaign with Zora\'s dwarf, Rock - they\'re best buddies in the game. The other players call Telemnar \"the Mixmaster\" for his two-weapon fighting style. I love that name.

Naukhel - I know what you mean. I was in a d20 fantasy/modern setting game where we were using the modern rules with some of the fantasy classes. I was running a Minotaur that was nasty, but could\'ve been nastier if I really wanted to.
Now that that game\'s being retired most likely, he will probably run rampant as an NPC in my game...hee hee!
And Sniffles - I don\'t expect you to say your favorite character is in my game....

I\'m thoroughly enjoying playing Rune, my lvl 8 half elf rogue with 2 lvls of Ranger (total Lvl 10) in 3.5. We play in Forgotten Realms, and our DM keeps to the rules of the world (meaning, he doesn\'t allow us to play Monster classes).
My favorite character, though, is Bracken Wolfsktaag, L17 Dwarven Cleric/Paladin of Clangeddin Silverbeard. 12th lvl Cleric, 5th lvl Divine Disciple, 4th lvl Paladin, 1st lvl Knight of the Chalice. His weapon is a Custos (from the Quintessential Paladin) Fiendslayer (+5 Cold Iron Holy Defender Battleaxe). Soon as our rogue gets back from Iraq, we\'re going to be playin\' this party again, and will retire them somewhere around L25.

I think my favorite all time character would have to be my 10th lvl Dwarven fighter Balin Battlehammer. He is a take no shit, never say die kind of dwarf. At one point he was running through a Dungeon to help out his Twin sister and ran through a saw blade trap and had his right arm cut off about 6 inches from the shoulder. So he had to learn how to fight with his left hand. That made for some fun roleplaying. I was able to eventually get his arm magically replaced.
I ran him in a Forgotten Realms Campaign a few years ago. I no longer play with that DM cause he is a bells end. So I have never had the chance to run Balin since. I have thought of bringing him into my Realms campaign, that I DM, but I don\'t think that it would be a good idea to run my favorite character.

I posted in another thread that my favorite AD&D character was my umpteenth level, Sword of Kas wielding Chaotic Evil fighter, Naldo the Hammer. He had a strength of 18/something and a charisma of 3 due to a curse. He would ooze menace and it would congeal in little puddles and drown children. He was killed by his followers to \"preserve the balance of the campaign.\" But I forgot about Otto, a thief I had the last time I played. He had a comeliness of 25 and a charisma of 19, several bastard children and waaaaay too many magical treasures. He was a total Lothario with aspirations of lordship, which came true through getting a castle and followers through the Deck of Many Things. (We had planned on taking it into taverns and saying, \"Pick a card, any card\" to local yokels, but we never got around to it.) My wife and I dropped out of the campaign and we were going to continue adventures by having him leave his stuff behind and tool around the skies with his gnome friend Hedwig Neasbain in search of the cloud castle lair of a slain dragon.
Now if Otto and Hedwig were to come across the tomb of Naldo as NPCs and Otto\'s wife had to hire a party to rescue them...
