Waitress in a local hotel. Served breakfasts to guests Saturday and Sunday mornings.
So no Ketchup involved there then?

HEHEHEHE!! Needless to say, I don\'t tend to wear light coloured shirts when I am at home..!

I used to lug animal carcasses around the freezers in a local butcher for my first job... move the meat, clean the freezer and then put it back again. The worst bit was cleaning the boiler thing that they cook ham in... it stinks!

Then I found a job with GW when I was 16... but I only lasted 9 years ;)

My uncle raises purebred Schnauzers and somehow convinced me to work at the dog shows one summer in my early teens. My job - part of the \"Pooper Scooper\" squad. If you have ever been to a dog show, you know how many dogs they can fit into a convention center, and lets just say they don\'t clean up after themselves.

I also planted and picked cotton one summer. Backbreaking work, but I got a great tan!

My first full time job was with Hinchcliffe miniatures (I think that was the name, it was a local wargames company ran as a side business by a local dentist) when I was 18. All I did all day was undercoat miniatures. I decorated that sprayroom with some pretty cool tags if I do say so myself. All for the princely sum of £79.05 a week for 40 hours, £30 of which was board.

One side effect is that I can put a smooth undercoat on sandpaper. Unfortunately my painting isn\'t up to the same level. And I undercoat very differently to everyone else.

I also had a part-time job at a Gateway supermarket (blast from the past) and the worst paying paper round ever.

Worked at a sit-down style pizza joint. (which for us Californians is a rare thing).
I can still throw my own dough.

I started with the illustrious job of cleaning the bathrooms and retrieving all of the range balls at a small golf course. I didn\'t get payed much, but I got to play golf for free at the course any time I wanted to.

Bus boy in a greasy spoon in Eagle River, Alaska, working for a Greek slave driver who had no interest in child labor laws. I was 15 and I worked from 3pm after school to 1 or 2 am evey week day, and occassionally on weekends. Can\'t complain too much, though. I earned enough in half a year to pay my way to Europe.

Technically my first job was helping out in the catering equipment shop that my dad managed one summer when I was very young. The summer after that I started selling cleaning products door to door - that showed me just how weird the people in my neighbourhood really were.
