Whats going on?

I noticced the other night, that over the space of an hour, there was am influx of nearly 2000 members???

Not only this but my ranking fell by 200???

Whats going on. I have noticed some members have stayed the same, but a few have dropped by 200 places. I find it hard to believe that there were this many new members.

Server swap...

The server was changed over the weekend and there appears to be a slight \'ghosting\' problem.

Until it gets resolved many of us will be able to have conversations with ourselves

You should also notice that CMON is many times faster than it was last week:flip:

Yeah, but I noticed the same slowdown around midday as people all across N. Am. got bored with work and started goofing off.

Not sure we can do much about that.

The net is only as fast as the slowest link in the chain. There are some factors you simply can\'t control for.

Even eBay suffers the same problems and if they can\'t resolve them then tiny little sites like this stand no chance.

You have to admit though, it\'s a lot better than it was

I vote more, it took 3 days to get 50 on my king and I think that is a full 2 weeks faster than anything I have put up lately so I must not be the only one voting more Far as the ranks I think all the humble pie served is a good thing.

The whole site was moved to a bigger, more powerful server.

Has anyone else experienced a problem when using Firefox and going to the \"Browse Gallery\" pages? About one time in 5 I have to Ctrl + Alt + Del and shut down firefox because it just stops responding.

Not quite, loads of my pictures have vanished from my gallery, including my best scoring one. I\'ve poseted in the feedback thread asking Chern to look into it.

Yep i thought the server change would sort the browse gallery problem, maybe it\'s still being worked on,

on another note my rank also fell by about 30 points, i really hope this gets sorted out (its just not fair :~( )

to be honest other than those two problems the sites been running a lot smoother in general so i\'m sure everything will be fine.

dont worry be happy...i only dropped 500 or so places, but thats because i suck.lol lifes tough at the bottom....top ...middle...................lifes a yo-yo ..just cut the string and roll about on the floor.dont know what that means but i`m drunk:|~
