Ahh, but we all know that Frank Zappa had an extremely rare condition where his brain reacted with the Oxygen molecule making him do strange things -

Been practicing that British understatement thing - and I figured that the filters would catch what I originally had to say.

My name is Timothy James Anthony. James is for my father, Anthony is for my grandfather. Of course, \"Timothy\" in certain definitions stand for \"Godlike in image.\" So I got that going for me.

Only thing is though, I didn\'t think God was this short.

Or this bald.

Oh well.

PEACE!!!!

That sounds an awful lot like what I\'ve got...perhaps if I just stopped breathing....it would go away??

And also...

Whilst not in the same league as the sainted Frank, lets not forget that David Bowie called one of his sprogs Zowie and Marc Bolan showed similar imagination by calling one of his Rolan.

I assume you\'ve all heard the joke where three men are discussing their sons...

The first one, a Welshman, says, \"I called my son David because he\'s Welsh and he was born on St. David\'s day\". The second man, an Englishman, says \"My God, what a coincidence...my son is called George because he was born on St. George\'s day\". The third man, an Irishman, says, \"God be praised..\'tis a small world, \'cos that\'s exactly the same as what happened with my son, Pancake.....\"

Hmmm...that might not translate across the Atlantic, but what the hell:D

Speaking of Irish

My boss is Alan McReady. We got a second employee named Alan so he started using his middle name Sean. Conversation goes:
\"Alan Sean McReady - Can\'t get more Irish than that\"
\"Sure can. My second middle name is Patrick\"
\"Alan Sean Patrick McReady?\"

Can anybody beat that for an Irish name?

Lurch - Odd that you would choose the Microsoft keyboard and mouse but choose the far superior Logitech speakers. I switched to Logitech after the Microsoft rep admitted to using Logitech.

Typical
Post your pic on a web site and all anyone talks about is your equipment... lol

Actually, most of the items came with my Gateway PC and, as they break down I replace them with the latest and greatest.
The keyboard has already been replaced with a Logitech as my daughter spilled Coke inside the one pictured.
I have tried other IR mouses but to be honest I think that Microsoft makes the best one. The IR is smooth and fast enough that I can play Command and Conquer online and still be fairly decent. A mechanical mouse usually gets too gummed up to use longer than a week without tearing it apart and removing about three inches of gunk from the ball and wheels.

(Ahem) I hate mice that have balls...
---*Insert Bawdy joke here*---:innocent: lol

Personally I\'ve had brutal luck with Logitech mice... I\'ve had to replace I think 5 in as many years. Even the optical mice seem to crap out on me despite the lack of moving parts (that aren\'t buttons anyway!).

And as far as Irish names go, Seamus is still the best I think :D

Ok, been absent for...oh...48 hours... and just caught up with everything.

Zora: If you said I had a beautiful :moon:, I\'d fall over laughing \'cos it\'s anything butt beautiful....bountiful maybe lol

Lurch: Nice pic, but shame on you! Don\'t encourage Zora, me thinks he can get himself into trouble

Just as a \'heads-up\' for the weekend - you will see Tooshy in all her pinkness, as I\'m finally going to post my pink elephant pic as promised a while back. You have been warned.....

Ahh, I was just going to ask about that - especially in light of my Jabba the Redneck picture being up for everyone to see.

Speaking of that song...
I am going to Las Vegas all next week for a work conference ( yeah I know,... poor me :( lol )
And your mention of the Baby got back song and Las Vegas made me think of
Richard Cheese and Lounge against the Machine

(incidentally, I believe they are the same band that sing The Osbornes show theme song)
Ever heard of them?
He sings modern songs in \"Lounge Lizard\" style. Way too funny!!!
Anyway this is a montage mp3 of some of his songs with \"Baby Got back being the first one.
Listen and try not to laugh.. I dare ya. :D
