Hi,
Sounds like a silly question but there is alot of debate on when this rulebook kicks in. Is is January first 2021 OR when the Greyjoys come out OR when the faction packs come out OR some other yet to be disclosed time?
Specifically what i'd like to know is if CMON was running a ASOIAF event from what date would they use the 2021 rule book from.
