Where can I buy clear plastic stands?

I'm looking for the clear plastic "sprues" seen holding these guys up -

I looked everywhere, googled etc, but I must be typing in the wrong thing - not really sure what they are called.

They're Flying Bases, or at least the stems from them. GW do them online, under Paints & Tools, then Bases.
