Where can I buy minis in China?

hey folks,

i\'m possibly moving to China and wondering if anyone knows any stores that carry Rackham, or Privateer minis, specifically on the mainland. I\'ve been to Fun Atelier in HK, which pretty much cover my GW needs, but I\'m kinda keen on expanding my Confrontation and Warmachine.

Hi Mollo,

While it\'s possible that there\'s a store somewhere in China (aside from the store in HK) that sells the minis you\'re after it\'s a pretty safe bet that it\'d be next to impossible to find unless you have connections. Having said that, I still find it highly unlikely that there\'s a store that sells minis in China. Hey maybe you can open a zhong guo2 xiao3 ren2 dian4. Hehe.

I\'ve only just found a store in Taipei that sells minis and stuff because I was lucky enough to find a post from a Taiwanese gamer over on the Confrontation site. I e-mailed him asking him about places to buy minis over here in Taiwan and he told me of three stores on the island that sell minis. I\'ll be heading out to one of these stores in Taipei this weekend. I hope they stock the goods!

Like supervike said, your best bet is going to be mail order.

found one in Shanghai!

just to update for the other expats in China

found a store in Shanghai carrying GW merchandise called \"Zark\". Coincidently, it\'s in the same building as my hotel (Four Points Sheraton Daning). Now that\'s convenient!

saved about 5 Canadian bucks on a box of Tau Vespids, + CDN taxes.

Manager was friendly, name Yun Shen, I was so happy to find the place, promised i\'d do free adverstising.
