Where do i buy theses sculpting materials

hi all
im planning a project and i need two types of amterail i have seen pics of but no refernce t o purchasing. they are:
a sort of wire, called guitar wire or something like that, it looks sort of like a spring
and normal wires similsr to those used by rran power on his renegade rider http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/viewthread.php?tid=28218

lol guitar strings you know whats on a guitar you can get them from most music stores

but theyere straight not curly are you just supposed to bend them?

yep guitar strings are very flexible

there a a few places you can get those things ... yes guitar strings or dragon forge designs makes cast pewter ones i belive the smoother ones i use copper wire that i strip from old electrical cable use it for pinning also. recent find was the cable ties that they use to tie in toys to boxes (arse to get off :flame: but dam handy)

yup, dragon forges are quite handy. cable twisty ties are great as they are really fine

I found some VERY fine wire (very delicate too) in the windings from a tiny electric motor from a cell phone. Toy\'s with motors that are a little larger will have wire that is still tiny, but a touch larger and thus stronger.
