hmm, I had a topic reguarding bad customer service by the cool mini shop and its gone ?

Did I break some rules ?

I was hoping someone from the shop would have answered me there since I am having zero luck via email.

Just the fact that complaints are dealt with in this manner inspires me to shop elsewhere.
