As funny as it sounds... in US it is Amazon.com
at least for online purchases almost nothing beats them when you factor shipping and handling in. I asume (may be incorrectly) that amazon opperates in UK too

Hi,

I have just splashed out on some supplies. I got a W+N series 7 #0 and #1, liquitex retarder, liquitex flow aid, special brush soap, a small aluminium palette and a small plastic palette.

Thanks again. I\'ve picked up a Winsor and newton Series 7 size 00 and 1 (might change it to size 0 and 1), Liquitex flow aid, and a brush cleaner and preserver. Not to bad for £18.56!

Fly on over to Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada) and you can get W&N Series 7 for 50% off at Loomis Art Store. I just bought a new size 0 and 1 for less than $20cdn tax included.
