Where to find etched brass sci-fi floor/scenery?

I'm looking for etched brass scenery for sci-fi bases and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on where to find it. What I'd really like is something that looks like plating for a space ships deck or floor from a futuristic building. I'm looking for parts to use in a number of display bases, so the pre-molded little round bases won't work for me.

GW makes a 40K basing kit that has some, but the kit is expensive (I did say it was from GW) and you're paying for a lot of extra stuff when all I wanted is the etched brass. Still, it gives you a good idea of the kind of stuff I am interested in.

Secret Weapon Miniatures makes one (Brass Etch Raised Metal Grid Flooring - sold in the CMON store) and it looks good. I'm sure I'll buy theirs but I was hoping for some additional options so all my bases don't look so similar. If anyone can point me in the direction of companies that make this it would be much appreciated. Thank you!

PS - If anyone has suggestions that are not etched brass I would be open to hear them as well.

You are welcome! Make sure to check out model railroad shops. They usually have all have sorts off useful stuff in one place, from photo-etch parts to the textured plastic sheets. If I recall, O Gauge is roughly equal to 1/48 scale which is roughly = GW Warhammer scale (heroic scale?). Have you considered making your own photo etch parts? I know Micro-Mark sells a kit:

It's a bit pricey but might be an option if you can't find exactly what you are looking for.

Thanks, Pygmalion. I see they also have some nice etched brass foliage and other accessories that could be useful for some of my other projects.

Bloodhowl, that make-your-own photo etch kit looks awesome. I tend to work on a variety of scales (28, 32, 54, 70, 75, and 90mm) so the ability to make a custom piece in whatever scale I need would be very useful. Yeah, it's a little on the expensive side and I'm sure I'd want to order extra film, photo resist, and brass sheets so I have to factor that into the cost too. Oh well, maybe I'll put it on my birthday wish list for next year.

I like Hasslefree. They have neat stuff at good prices (even shipping overseas) and they've got great customer service.

I like the etched brass foliage. I figure, paint "bracken" green and it's bracken, but paint it white and it's feather plumes.
