Where to find historical/Napoleonic 28/54mm models?

Hi

Trying to find a model depicting the 95th South Essex Rifles division(Sharpe drama) My father in laws 60th birthday and want to do this subject for him. Any ideas where to start?

Cool, there is an actual sharpe mini, i think you have inadvertently made me like historical minis, iv only ever painted ultramarines and as such see in shades of blue!!!

I think the South Essex were fictional, weren\'t they? I guess you could get similar uniform designs and paint them the right colours, so it probably doesn\'t matter.

Don\'t forget that all the soldiers depicted as the fictional South Essex were in flank company uniforms (with the shoulder wings) with regimental facings in dull yellow.

If you want the Sharpe model to look a bit more like Sean Bean you can always decapitate a Boromir model lol
