I guess the title says it all - I'm looking for some tiny chains appropriate for a 28mm scale model to hold. Not sure where to start looking, anything that comes up in search seems to be jewellery and so forth.

Antenocitis is very good. It's just that his international shipping is murderous - I tried ordering a couple of pots of pigments, and the shipping was 12 GBP for standard delivery.
It's largely not his fault - international freight charges have gone sky-high in the past couple of years - but couldn't he chuck those things into a padded envelope, instead?

I use Forgeworld chain, I've used DragonForge and some other generic types but FW stuff is pretty much perfect.

Yeah but 20cm (8inches) for a £5...... Just looked on eBay first four were a metre for £1 and £2.25 respectively.

Also keep in mind the type of linkage you are after. You will likely need a chain that you can glue each link together to make it stiff and static. Some link types are better at this than others.
