Okay, so maybe I missed it with all the goodies that came in the box... but where is the flamethrower card? From a cursory internet search it looks like it comes with Toxic City Mall. Does one come with Prison Outbreak too? I ask because I only got Prison Outbreak however, through the kickstarter, I received the Aunt Rose character who is supposed to start with the flamethrower.
