WHERES TUUBJE!!!!

I\'ve gone without his chameleonic type avatars for too long, I must find out what happened to Tuubje. I also must find out what happened to his store.

I\'m entertaining another thought. Maybe he\'s created the latest ultimate avatar.

Maybe his avater has gone through so many changes that is has permanently warped into an everchanging avatar of chameleonicness. He\'s turned into an internet lurker!

No one noticed lobsterboy went quiet awhile! Well, I\'m back now for the summer spent sitting in my room on my computer!

Hell, I even have a couple chameleon-like properties! Sit my lobster body down on a fire hydrant and watch as I blend in!

Good thread...I know Tuubje is OK because according my computer he just signed in to Windows Messenger....

But what about other lost souls....

Panza springs to mind, he disappeared off to China a while back and hasn\'t been heard from since...

ejsaunders also used to post regularly here and he was a goldmine of wisdom, but I haven\'t heard much from him recently...Not on these forums anyway...

Any other folks slipped off the radar.....

Now you mention it it has been a while since Tuubje posted anything. Does anyone know how his store is doing? Was his new store in Antwerp or Brussels? I\'m actually going to be in Belgium in September and thought I swing by and meet the man behind the avatars...

He\'s making millions!

Tuubje is cool and dandy, just working bloody hard in his shop. Another local store closed and he got all their business. I also think he\'s looking for his own place. Basically unlike myself, he\'s got a life and therefore ain\'t here as much as he woz! I\'ve got to drop him another line via email, so I\'ll pass on your \'concerns\' re his absence. Maybe I\'ll get some new avatars off him

Thanks much for the invite. I\'ll try to make it up to Antwerp. I\'m in Brussels for a week doing work, but I have a weekend to burn before I have to go to Milan. Not sure I want to try driving to Antwerp, but I might be convinced to hop the train. No chance that Tuubje\'s shop is anywhere near the train station is there??? That would probably be too much to hope for I guess.

Driving in Antwerp is asking for trouble They\'ve got roadworks everywhere right now (and I mean big roadworks: these will last for 2 years) so any means of public transport is the best way to get to the city. Problem is that Tuubje\'s shop isn\'t really in the center of Antwerp, it takes a 15 minute bus drive to get there. But there also some other interesting mini-selling stores in the center of Antwerp, at walking distance of the train station.
