Which SM Model is this?

My mind must be playing tricks on me! I was looking for the SM model Tammy Haye used for her first Paintathon. I\'d remeberd the powerfist was from the Blood Angel Sergeant 1 and the head was converted, but the main body was from some SM HQ. But I couldn\'t find the model anywhere! I searched the entire UK online Store and also looking here on CMON. Does anyone know which model this is:

It looks like its from the \"vanilla\" Space Marine commander, but the tabard and the chest plate have been green-stuffed over. I don\'t know if I\'m right, but that\'s what it looks like to me.

Her site is down at the mo, so it\'s hard to tell for sure.

Just had a quick chat with Tammy, and although she can\'t be 100% sure from the top of her head, she thinks it was either a chaplain or a SM captain from the Armageddon campaign? (I hope I\'m putting this correctly, I\'m not a GW person at all!!)

Thnx all, I think Petey has it right. I wil search my LGS for the mini or else mailorder it. I know Tammy\'s site is down, that\'s bad because all the info about the conversion is on it. Well, I\'ll think I manage without it
