I'm assuming you mean submit pictures to the main gallery and not how to add pictures to a forum post. As far as I'm aware anyone who signs up for an account, like you did, is allowed to submit pictures. To do so, sign in and go to 'my pictures' on the top right of the page. This should take you to a page where it will say "add/edit images for cat dancer." Scroll down a little bit and you'll see a section titled "add another picture." I'm assuming you already have the picture on your computer. If that's the case, select 'choose file', find where you have the picture stored on your computer, select it and click open. From there you can fill out the other options (typically category, manufacturer, name of mini, and any comments you want to add). Once you are ready, click the 'add this picture' button at the bottom.
When you return to 'my pictures' you should see everything you have submitted. They should say 'status: pending.' This will stay that way for usually 12-24 hours while an admin checks to make sure your picture is of a mini and not something inappropriate. Once they do it will change to status active and anyone can see it in the gallery.
