Actually after the post asking who number one was I checked my ranking just in case it was me. It was not. However last time I checked my rank was about a month ago, and it was about 3800 and change. Since then I think I\'ve only submitted 3 or 4 models, all of which weren\'t all that higher then the average score of my other models.

Is the ranking just our average submission score or are there other factors like number of models submitted or something?

Oh yeah, I almost forgot...

I actually want to know if it\'s purely calculated on the average of mini\'s submitted or if there are other factors that compose the rank score.

I\'m certainly not bragging about my score and it\'s never anything I\'ll get to hung up on. I wouldn\'t worry about the rank at all, it\'s pretty meaningless. Unless your score is lower then mine... then TAKE THAT and recoknize the skills!

FAQ
How are the rankings on the Top 50 Artist list calculated?

1. From each artist, we take the Top 5 pictures (with more than 50 votes each)

2. We average the top 5, giving the artist an average score.

3. We then rank all the artists on the site against each other using this score, producing the rankings.

You may have realised that this means that there is no advantage to removing lower scoring pictures from the site, since only your top 5 pictures are used to calculate your rank.

Much appreciated, that\'s a pretty intelligent way of doing things too, and I like the fact that people won\'t remove old models to try and improve their ratings.

How do I put my rank onto my signature bar?
Not that I\'m proud of it. It\'s rubbish. But I think that is only far that everyone can see how rubbish I am without having to trawl through my gallery!

kester go to your add/remove pics it should have a link under what rank you are copy it and paste it in your signature box when you go to edit profile. thats how id did it there might be a easier way???
