Right so I added subtle gore...........and

it looked rubbish but problem with the gore is it's not reversable.........

so I had to up the ante.

Personally I prefer them like this, I love blood and guts comes from all that time in the outback skinning roos and gutting razorbacks. But from a point of view of UKGD........well I pretty much think that I will be lucky to get through the first cut

I might need to glaze a little of the original skin colours into the more central part of the skin.....we will see

Nice work on their ripped skin. The freehand detail is a nice eye catcher and well executed. These are from FW, am I right? Are they going to any GD?

I think you are selling yourself short, I think the gore added a lot to the skin, which seemed kinda flat previously. I really like these minis, and I really think your version is ace. I think any more gore will be too much, but currently they look quite nice. The only thing lacking, that I plan to add to mine, is some tattoo work on the flayed skin, to help show them as tribesmen of the Marauders. I do not know if that will help or not, but it's a thought. I have no right giving you any feedback, as I donot have anywhere near your skill level and I would be stoked to have turned out this sort of quality anyway!

For me the gore pushes them from the kind of werewolf I'd expect in a PG13 movie to those from an R-rated one. Really gives it a lot of character and story (maybe turning is incredibly painful, losing all that blood and skin..?). They're very well done, and following this thread you made it look easy

Ditto. I think the gore on the skin makes it more obvious what it was. Before it appeared to be more of a snakeskin shed. On the flip side i did prefer the fur with less gore. No matterwhat it is an outstanding job.
