Who makes a GREAT SAMURAI Mini?

I am going to play a Samurai type in an upcoming D&D Campaign. Do you know what company of companies make the best SAMURAI Mini? I would like references to a SAMURAI with Katana on foot and Mounted. I know that is a matter of opinion but I want yours.

Thanks,

Corwin

If you can no longer find any Legend of the Five Rings, a discontinued line (although it is rumored that the molds and rights thereof are to be picked up by Reaper), try 100 Kingdoms

They have some mounted samauri as well as standard figures, plus they shipped an order I placed last Sunday in five days with no hassel at all.

Even if it\'s not, it\'s still worth a browse.:bouncy:

Got to agree with Finn and Deltadog here - while I havent bought the Samuri from Foundry I have bought several other of their figures and the sculpts are exellent. They also tend to sell them in packs of mounted and dismounted figures.

Just went to the foundry site - they\'ve got some nice dismounted figures but nothing mounted. You can find em under the Swashbucklers and High Renesance collection.

Steve Barber makes some nice ones on foot, but they are 42mm, so unless he\'s supposed to be huge they probably won\'t mix well with your other figures.

Honestly, I\'d check eBay and Bartertown for ClanWar figures. Since the game is basically dead you may get a deal.

Reaper has at least three: Toshiro, Male Ronin, 2533...Yataro, Samurai of Okura, 2438...and Yoshi, Samurai of Okura, 2402.
