That would be a Basti , made by Crocodile Games for Wargods of Aegyptus. This particular miniature appears to be discontinued, but there\'ll be a new sculpt.

If you wanna get really techinal, it was sculpted by Chris Fitzpatrick.. so go to his house and steal the master one.. :p

It\'s the Wargods of Aegyptus Harbringer of Bast. The model is discontinued and not available any more, but there will be a new one someday.

ATACAM, I know how you feel. I was so disappointed when I learned I missed out on getting this mini. Fortunately Crocodile Games is promising a new version with new arms and weapons. Can\'t want to get that one!
By the way, BIRD, that IS a beautiful paint job!
