A good event with the CMonN community doing a good sweep of the awards.
Nice to meet up with old and new faces alike
Just a quick not of who took prizes in the painting as I have literely just got in and need a caffine fix.
Best of show, 1st in Single fantasy and Fantasy regiment 1st place went to Sonny Bonguard (hope I got your name right) Think he took a few others as well.
Lou W also took a load of 1st and 2nd places as well as the £150 prize for best of last years figure, lovely piece very dramatic.
Dragons reach took 2nd place Fantasy single figure
And of course me I took 2nd place Fantasy Regiment

Great to meet up yesterday and put some faces to those strange names. It wasn\'t until I introduced myself that I realised quite how stupid my CMON name sounds lol Still, if you\'re gonna geek-out you might as well go all the way

I tried to justify my spend by pointing out I\'d resisted the £150 dragon from Rackham but that didn\'t seem to be enough :no:
i was quite lucky with the spending actually, no matter how much i spent my other half spent more... she went balistic at the hasselfree stand!

Seems that offer had quite a few people concidering the purchase of it including Freakinacage lol
£150 for a dragon and a voucher for £100 worth of Rackham figures, affraid I didn\'t even entertain that one as I am not that fussed on majority of the Rackham figures.
It was a very pleasant sit down for coffee and a surprise to see some of Fizl\'s figures in the flesh so to speak, those pics she has up do them no justice what so ever and they really are very good.
Down side apart from spending too much has to be the fact that the train was late leaving London to go home and was also full of football supporters who thought they could be the next Tom Jones...oh well could have been worse I suppose

From what I saw, everything tempted Freakinacage lol Although, I swear he was on commission the way he seemed to help so many of us spend more (incidentally, I did find Black Cat and get some bases )
