Chrispy has over 900 posts. Does anybody have more? Also, will he get a new title and an extra star when he pushes 1000? Something like superfreak comes to mind. Of course you could go from senior member to ancient one or something else. Just curious.

Far as I know, Chrispy has the most posts - he was the first to hit senior member status as well so we will just have to keep an eye on him and see what happens or bug Chern Ann until he lets us know what happens

Chrispy has been on the site a long time and takes great pains to answer even the most banal questions from newbies. Not just once, but every time someone posts the same question.

Yep, Chrispy is the number one poster on these forums...

The best way to check the ranking based on the number of posts is opening the member list (link is on the top left of your screen) and choosing sort by: number of posts at the bottom of that list.

So currently there are 4 senior members: Chrispy, finn17, vincegamer and Corvus (hey that\'s me ).

I will be on holiday for three weeks, starting friday, so I guess flashman and sturmhalo would have catched up with me when I come back

And I don\'t know what the title is for someone with 1000+ posts... something like Ancient Member or so lol

At the moment , the forums are my main access point to the world of mini painting and a much needed diversion. As for leaving you in the dust, you are light years ahead of me in the mini posting stakes and it\'s painting that really counts at the end of the day. I am just full of hot airlol

Yeah, but I think you\'re also always around here giving people good advice. It\'s not that you don\'t know a thing about mini painting and fill the forum with rubbish

I must admit that I would never have reached that fourth position on the list without an internet connection at work :bouncy:
Not that I\'m surfing all day... I just check the forum messages from time to time. And during my lunch break, when the weather is too bad to go outside, I just stay in the office, eating my sandwiches while voting some minis

One valuable lesson I am learning is that my painting ability is not improving based on my posting number.

Which is a shame, because it would be really make things easier for me lol

I am a much better poster than painter, but I am getting more practice at the former!

Nope, I don\'t think anyone has done as many posts as me..

As of now, I\'m still 90 posts away from Posting freak. I\'m not surprised, though considring how long I\'ve been here. I think it\'s been a year or two, as I was still going through High School. Anyways, it was really slow back then as there was 3 threads total in the painting forum. People were also just getting to know Confrontation, and I started 80% of those topics.

Now I at least post once a day, but sometimes on the weekends I used to do 7 posts and not do anything for days. Of course, now that CMON has hundreds of veiwers, response time has dramtically been shortened. One time I had to wait a day or two for any response, but people se e a new topic and they want to talk about it.

As for the comic strip, it didn\'t hurt that I posted so much to get noticed..

Oddly enough, with the exception of johnboyjjb, I believe that everyone who has replied to it is in the top 15 posters on the site - makes me wonder if any of us have lives lol

Y\'know what I was just thinking? I think it would be a neat litle prize if whoever gets over 1000 posts can have their own status, except for Administrator of course. What would happen is you could type your own custom status, so you could change yours every week if you wanted. It would really freak people out if you put in Newbue and you had that many posts... Sadly, though , I know hat Chern didn\'t write the code for the forums and he doesn\'t want to screw it up. Nice thought, anyways..
