Actually, I was referencing the gamey taste that meat eaters have - ie coyote - cows taste like grain fed meat, not meat fed meat

Human meat and pork supposedly taste \"sweet\" due to large amounts of glycogen in the muscle tissues. As for why they supposedly taste similar - one of the reasons why researchers want to use pigs to grow human organs is that we are apparently quite histochemically similar.
