Looks like a good deal to me. Already over 40 metal minis for 110 CAD $.

RAMF has been around a while, what do you think of their (cthulhu) minis?

Good price for the tabletop. The selection in the current RAFM Miniatures KS does a good job complementing the Cthulhu Wars minis, which lack humans, cthonians, hounds of tindalos, yithians, and various other monsters. Most cthulhu mini's I've seen start at five bucks before shipping. The RAFM ones are about $2.40 each in the Module, including shipping.

Dice Plague has some *excellent* paint jobs with RAFM mini's. Here's one of my favorites:
