It\'s done in a 30\'s style (complete with subtitles and no sound)...but is soooo enjoyable, if not cheesy. Just a bunch of HPL lovers did it.

Apparently they completely screw over the storyline from all 3 source stories and is just an excuse for the director to run arround yelling \"I\'m gay! I\'m gay! Everyone look at me because I\'m gay! I\'m gay, gay, gay!\"

Cloverfield has been linked to HP Lovecraft...mind you it\'s been linked to just about everything....

I hate Tori Spelling with a passion and it would take something special for me to park my bum in front of anything she has anything to do with..unless it\'s over her front doorstep to take a dump...

trailers that actually look good are (sorry no links too lazy bedtime right now).

AVP 2 actually looks like they\'ve got the horror element of alien in this one.

John Rambo....Looks fun if nothing else an aging Sly killing a ridiculous amount of people but the trailer has some cool exploding body shots.

You hear that? Bet it\'s Lovecraft and his buddies spinnin\' in their graves. :rolleyes: And while Dagon did have a certain Lovecraft feel to it (although it was more \"Shadow over Innsmouth), this one just looks abominable. And even if you left Tori Spelling out of it... looks like a bad X-Files episode... The silent b/w version of CoC looks fun, though.
@ Dave: thanks for the Shadowgirls link! Innsmouth high, uh? Cool stuff!
And now I gotta go back to writing some stuff for our CoC round next week... :D

I own it, it\'s AMAZING. Well worth the whopping $20 or so I spent on it.

Interesting story but would it KILL the average male webcomic creator to not constantly vomit forth \"fan service\"? It kills any pretense of artistic credibility, and it\'s a little creepy, in a Pygmalion kind of way. It\'s like they really just want to draw pr0n, but still want an audience other than anonymous basement-dwelling wank-addicts.

I watched Dagon a while back...Can\'t say I was impressed. This thing looks abominable! After scratching my head muttering \"Tori spelling?\", I hit halfway through the thread...and screamed.

Tori Spelling is the Yang to Denise Richards Ying.

I was wondering if they made it. I really think it would suck. I hate when non H.P.Lovecraft fans try to tamper with his works. It\'s just wrong.
