One can only imagine what he could do with one of \"our\" minis, in terms of sculpting and painting.
Unbelievable.

Wow! Quite amazing!

Well he doesn\'t top a guy I once saw who managed to write 34, or something, readable words onto a single little rice.
And I think he only used magnifier glasses when he did it.

Now that is small

34 on a peice of rice? Didn\'t he have a sculpture of a polar bear on a grain of sugar in the gallery? I think that\'s just a little more impressive

I\'ve actually seen some of this stuff in real life though, he must\'ve been around for a while because I remember seeing it... 10 years ago?

Why does he need such a large gallery if the pieces are soooo small?

Interesting but ultimately futile, just like what we do only exponentially more so lol

I\'m impressed but thinking WHY?!

I looked at his site last night and thought that guy is nuts but like rev says it is just the same as us but on a minute scale.
It is extremely impressive I think my favourite piece has got to be the Statue of Liberty in the eye of the needle.

Crazy.

I like the bit where he says he slows his heartbeat down and sculpts between the beats to get perfect steadiness af hand.

:eek::eek::eek:

OH yes ultimately futile..........but bloody cool all the same.

Such cynicism :p

Why does anyone do anything? I expect it\'s because it beats lying in bed until 2pm everyday and at some point in the future being dead.

Because he hasn\'t sculpted a teeny-tiny rev to walk between his teeny-tiny aisles to see his teeny-tiny works. :p

Because he can and you can\'t. :p

It\'s astounding, time i... never mind, I am always astounded when I see those images. If I could do that sort of thing, I would probably apply it to larger miniatures, for less profit, less recognition and less public appeal. When people see that stuff, they are amazed, when they see our stuff, they call it toys. :(

Hard to believe this guy doesn\'t wear glasses it hurts my eyes just looking at some of that stuff and I\'m used to doing 6mm and 10mm stuff and suffering the age concequences to go with it :D

I give his stuff a 9

The claws don\'t look right on the Polar Bear\'s front right paw, and he didn\'t bother to base anything. Pure Laziness.

lollollol

I saw in a Computer magazine a couple years ago some scientists built a working violin only 7 microns long. You could only see the thing under a microscope and supposedly it could actually be played but the sound would be to faint to hear.

It probably only cost the American people 100 million in tax dollars to accomplish.
