Basically anybody who can design 3d models can enter - it's years since I've done any 3d work so I'm not going to be entering, but I know there are a load of talented people here who are more than capable!
If any of you do win then I expect - no I *demand* it gets put to good use and we see the WIP's

[h=2]Freelancer.com[/h] [h=3]Business Description[/h] We are giving away our Makerbot Replicator 2 worth over US $2000! To win, design a product that can be printed by the Makerbot Replicator 2 that can be used for social good! Competition ends Midnight (EST) February the 17th.
There is no cash prize - the prize for this competition is the makerbot itself!
[h=3]Detailed requirements[/h] The rules are:
1) The product must be a 3D design capable of being printed by the Makerbot Replicator 2.
2) The product must be usable for some form of social good.
3) The product must have the Freelancer Logo embedded in it somewhere.
Judging will be based on:
1) How useful is the product? Is it a critical lifesaving invention, or merely a convenience?
2) Does the product rely on extra addons? This should be minimised.
3) Is the product economically comparable to similar existing products not produced by 3D printers?
Please upload an image of here of the render. We will then require the 3D model in order to award you the prize.
