I had a few of the University brushes before.

After a few months, they were pulling mixing duties.

I kept good care of them, too (I swear!!)

Rune Kappel has started selling his own line of mini painting brushes, that are cheaper than W&N series 7. Has anyone tried them and has any opinions on them?

I always wash my brushes up with Pink Soap after a session. Is that all is needed? Before shelling out $$$ for a brush, I WOULD like it to last a few years painting fine lines rather than mixing paint :eek:
lol An ex-GW brush user?

Well, it\'s hair, isn\'t it? So use the stuff you use on your hair, mate - shampoo and conditioner. Seriously.

Some of the Spains are using them. Alfonso (Banshee) among other. (See he\'s comment here: http://www.coolminiornot.com/121479 )

Cyril also think they are great.

I use them myself instead of Series 7. I was a big fan of Series 7, but I am actually more happy with my own brush, which by the way also are Kolinsky hair. This is off course not an argument that do you any good, since I HAVE to say that :)

Other than that we have received a lot of great feedback on them, some of it on my forum, which at the moment is being upgraded...

If I have quoted anybody wrong here, please just complain. I will then promptly slap myself with a wet newspaper and edit this post.

Oh...and if you should be interested in more info, please just mail me at rune@kaple.dk. We are at the moment updating the shop at kaple.dk, to implement the brushes...

@Rune:
I was gonna ask when you where putting them on, as I\'ve got your CD (excellent btw) thought I\'d complete the \'set\' as where, and give them a try.
How long before they a available to puchase on the website?
