hey, it looks good. but, don\'t post WIP\'s in you gallery, upload them on photobucket and post the pics right in your topic, it\'s better and it\'s time saving

Looks good so far, strong colours.
Don\'t pay too much attention to any scores you receive, Wip\'s tend to get trashed in the gallery, do like Larre said and put the pic straight in the threads, you\'ll get alot more feed back in here anyway.
Interesting for me as my next project, (probably some time in 2015 at the rate I\'m going) will be a Tau army., I\'ve got to say that I not that keen on the XV8 battle suits, they\'re the low point to the tau range as far as I\'m concerned, the forgeworld versions are a definate improvement but the prices are just silly. I\'ve not really seen many poses that really convinced me with these mini\'s but what you\'ve got here seems to be alright.
That being said, the main problem for me is the thickness of the paint, especially on the tau emblem at the rear of the suit. Have ago at thinning it down, it\'ll take you longer to cover, but you\'ll have more control and the results will look smoother
High point for me so far is the reflected light around the lenses in the head ,looks great and provides good contrast to all that red.
Keep me posted with some new pics when you can.

it looks good so far. yes the paint needs to be thinned and blended a little more and maybe have a single light source for your highlighting.
i.e. pretend a sun is somewhere and highlight the parts the sun would see. kind of
the tau symbol looks great for free hand.
oh and he needs some flock for the base and also try some weathering for the missle pod (since he fired some off).
did i forget anything oh yeah and great job.

very good work especilly like your color sceme, it works wery well for contrasting. As COG said I would like to see some signs of the shot off mossiles.
