WIP trollblood axer

Hey everyone.,

I am working a an axer for my troll blood army. so far all I have is the skin on the axers back and arms. Just wanted to get some feedback and suggestions on it if anyone has anything they can recommend. Pictures are not that great but you get a sense of what\'s going on.

The skin is blue, and the armour is going to be brass. The brass will have blue-green oxidation so it will make a nice color scheme. This will be contrasted by the axe which will be silver with some red oxidation.

I forgot to mention that I have not painted the face yet. Working on that right now. For some reason it is not as easy as I thought it would be.

nice skin so far,i would do a more subtle green for the brass oxidisation, so as not to look as its all the same colour, possibly a more blue than green
oh and a good idea is to wash white first over the area first before your wash! (thanks to funnymouth!)

The color I chose has a bit more green in it that the color of the skin. I have actually finished painting some of the metallics and applied the oxidation and works really well even though it is similar to the skin color of the troll. I will be posting some more pics of it soon.
