WIP vindicator conversion

hi all,
working on this piece i thought it could be good to get some people`s opinions and possibly improvements to it. I know at first it`ll look a bit stupid but allow me to explain lol
I had one of the old vindicators and i really hated the chassis so i decided a conversion was in order. I loved the leman russ chassis so i basically took the turret off and converted it to take the metal parts from the vindicator kit. I have to say it is shaping up pretty nicely too :beer:
However i have already been asked how i will encoperate this into games, is it a vindicator? is it a leman russ demolisher. Well after some thinking i have come up with the following. In standard games it plays as a regular vindicatorm however in apocalyse games (i understand a player can make his own models up) its a hybrid. Vindicator weapons, Leman Russ armour. Naturally i will bump up the points to match the model.

I havent worked out a background story yet so if anyone can think of a good one give me a shout

wooop
finally finished making it, time to paint
I`ve only undercoated it atm, i ran out of time because i wanted to use it at a veterans day last week. Unfortunately necrons decided that having a strength 10 AP 2 weapon on the field was a significant threat and destroyed it first turn. Ah well, maybe it`ll do better when its fully painted. More pics soon people

my fluff sucks so bear with me but couldnt you count it as a IG bombard or something to that effect. though a demolisher is cooler and not open toped.
