Ive finally finished my WOH scouts. As the blurb says I am not happy with these minis. I undercoated black (big mistake) and they went down hill from there. If I had more time I would have stripped them and started again but I was on a dead line so I present them as they are.

Anyway I hope someone bids for them, they are for a good cause after all.

I think you\'re being too hard on yourself. They are fine, certainly not your best but well done anyhow.
I made the mistake the other day of using black undercoat on a marine the other day. :( Twas a very sad day, started painting and then I realized it looked like crap. But yours is not crap. At the minimum a mid 7, no lower.

Have to admit I saw better minis by you but nevertheless these are very fine!
(I dont like the sword. ;))

Whats wrong with black undercoat? ???
I often use black undercoat and I like it (well depends on the color the mini is going to get...)

I use black undercoat quite a bit but this time it was just a pain to paint on it. I dont usually have too many problems but for some reason with these ones I did. Sometimes you get a mini that fights being painted and they take the fun out of it. This is how I felt about these guys.
