It is difficult to make a proper comment as the pic is a little washed out but from what I can see you have done a good job on the skintone and also the nmm gold looks very good too. A better clearer pic would do you the world of good.
I agree with Tim, the photo is not very good. However, it clearly has a suitable colour scheme and the gold nmm seems quite nice! The blendings seem a bit rough and this is an area where you could improve. Good blending is one of the most important things, if not THE most important thing, in mini painting, so it\'s always good to practice on that.
I agree the photo is not all that good, but it does give a good angle. You can see enough details on both the front of the mini and the back of the mini which is important because this is a mini where different angles can hide important features. It does look good, but the finer points are hard to determine based on the photo.
I think it would have been better to use a different colour on the hair. Perhaps a darker grey that would set it off against the skin colour. But it\'s a nice mini, nonetheless! Good work!
That is a better pic, I agree with Anders about the hair it needs to be a different colour to give it some contrast, also you are lacking a few highlights notably the binding on the pony tail, (Ithink that\'s what it is) and the gold NMM in places needs to go a stage further to make it look more convincing. I would also suggest working on the base more the brown for me just does not go with the model. Aside from that for your first non GW mini good work.
