yep, the proper kilt was worn by the highlanders as it was cheap to make and bloody warm.
what became fashionable was nothing more than a skirt with clan tartan on it.

Kilts yes.
However the \"plaid\" was the originator of what was to become the Kilt, and the story of what Scotsmen wore underneath apparently originates form Highlanders dropping the plaid to fight in just Shirts. (Needs confirmation)

I instituted a policy I like to call \'No Work Fridays\', where I do as little as possible, even if I am actually AT WORK!

I have a better one \"No Work Mondays\". :D

I was ending up doing 12 hour days (plus 2 hours travel) so I thought Sod that and changed my working conditions so I do my working hours Tuesday through Friday instead, Mondays are FREE.:bouncy::bouncy::bouncy:

For a while my job let us work 4-10 instead of 5-8 and I LOVED having 3 days off every week. You can get everything done and still have time to enjoy yourself.
