Wood Elf Lord

Well, this was a bit of a test to myself really. In over 25 years of painting (admittedly with about a 15 year gap in between ) I\'d never ever painted an elf. I\'ve never been a fan of High Elves (I swear, in reality anyone who wore the helmets they wear would be sinking in the ground due to the weight), but the wood-elves are now really rather nice figures. This was one of my fave ones. And I even got to make use of a bit of Dryad sprue - nice to see that box finally giving something back

Surprising on the mould lines, I\'ve just had to strip a wardancer TWICE because of mould lines that only showed up with primer! Crappy god-damn woodelves...
