My friend is moving away..and has always wanted Urban scheme imperial guard...so i bought enough to make 1 hvy wep crew and 6 troops...Im going to mount them on a senic wood base..apx 8X12 inches...Can i prime the wood black and just paint it to match the surroundings?
i would use even finer grit, i use a 200 for the first step, 500 for the next step and 1000 for a almost glossy, shiny finishOriginally posted by Dragon Forge Design
Yes you can, Just make sure you sand it nice and smooth so that you have a nice surface to paint on. Up to 220 grit should be fine. Id use a spray primer like krylon to paint the wood.
