Can you please detail your NMM gold ...the colours used, brush and size used, etc?

Waheey!

A productive day on the mini front for once! Made some progress - still work to do on the flames, armbands, headstrapping and the hair/beard. Started work on the base.
Nice and rusty with a gunge pool I reckon:D:bouncy:

All looks amazing on that except the happy skull on his jacket. It looks to happy. If you had a realy gungy old skull on the back I think it will be great.

@Spacemunkie: Did I understand correctly that the buzzsaw this gentleman is carrying is, in fact, NMM? Because if it is, it\'s stunning. This is a great model overall, and my appreciation of it is heightened by knowing it\'s a scratchbuilt. Great work!

I am flexing my painting muscle after lying dormant for a few months. I really love minipainting; totally different then sculpting drawing or oil painting.

Anyway, I have tried doing some weathering, some NMM gold and some free hand.

I have only used a 0/3 and 0/5 brush thus far, I need to get myself a 0/0.

Tear it apart (but also suggest improvments, I already know most of what is wrong :) )

Hi Greypaint and welcome. You will get some sound advice here.

I have edited your pic to show the knees and what I would do.
The skull looks like nice grimey gold with just a few pure white highlights blended in.The sky earth is heading in the right direction and Ive shown some where I would aim to highlight on the pic.
Hope that helps.

@Klute I got in another Travel Brush after my glue incident I went and got the local W&N brush and frankly the Di Vinci painted circles around it big time, You indeed have the right choice here. Thank you again

Red might work for her hair, but I\'m seeing a rich, dark-chocolate brown. Do what suits you, of course, but that\'s what I think.
