Wyrd mini\'s are a blast to paint! I painted this one pretty quick for the tabletop as the game Malifaux is coming out pretty quick. Such cool mini\'s, and now I get to play with them. I am really excited about the game. Anyone else going to pick up Malifaux and give it a shot?

Anyway here\'s the fig. Comments welcome as always!

OK you been taking inspiration from Jarheads speed? lol

The one and only thing I\'d do different on this mini is the green below the eyes. Personally I think it\'s just a touch too strong and needs to be toned down with more flesh washed over.

Yeah DR, the turquoise was meant to be make up.

Thanks for the kind words all!

Cyberakuma: Thanks for the compliment but I must say that my work pales in comparison around here! Also that while I\'ve improved heaps (I think!) that it\'s from listening to hints and tisp given around here. The forum members have been extremely generous in their aid of my painting and if you hang around here, ask questions and apply the answers you\'ll BLOW YOURSELF AWAY with the amount you improve from mini to mini. Oh yeah, and the first rule is you just gotta keep painting!

That\'s nasty!

Good work, I would consider a very thin glaze of green/greeny-blue on the flesh. It has a slightly powdery look to it. It would go over the \'make-up\' (I shudder...) and just give it a bit more cohesion.

Excellent work Scott!

I\'m off to wash my eyes now!
