You seem to be in the same situation as I was last summer when I just bought my current home. I couldn\'t paint for months... :(

I\'m in, I\'m in... started my miniature already. The list of painters names that are joining do intimidate me too... but then again it does push me to try even harder. And I might be a random smuck if nothing else :) Fun.. Man I love competitions.

I\'ll second your reply, Cindy! Nothing helps me finish a mini more than an actual deadline, and makes me try harder to get it to look as good as possible knowing a lot of people will be looking at it. And I DID get to be a schmuckette in the last comp! Yay!!!

OK, back to working on my entries... ;)

I\'m working on my entry right now! :D I\'ve finished the base for it and now I\'ve painted about a third of the mini, no a quarter more likely...

Sorry mate, think I\'m going to have to bow out of this one. I\'m working some ungodly hours right now (65+ hour weeks) and I\'m leaving for the Philippines next weekend.

I hate to not participate considering the awesome list of supporters you\'ve assembled.... Oh well, maybe next time.

Ditto for me too. :D

Started my mini, but the darn spray primer was too old, I think. Spattered all over the place. *sigh* Simple Green and start again time!

EDIT - Sorry you can\'t make this one, Scott. Love seeing your work.

Can\'t wait to see what ya\'ll are coming up with. I\'ve seen some WIP shots and a few ideas on what is being painted and I have to say my interest is peeked.

As for not entering Scott, no worries, there is always next time, or the next, or the next .. or ..

:D

On a side note, although I haven\'t added their banners yet, Renissance Ink and Olleys Armies have been added to the list of supporters. Banners will be up tonight.

Don\'t feel too sorry for me...three weeks ago I was sitting on a beach drinking a beer and watching the peilcans fish....this is just my price for that week of relaxation... :rolleyes:

@Grumb: What\'s happening in the Phillipenes? A bit more tropical than my current location, to be sure...;)

Project started, and for the number of new things I\'m trying, it\'s going fairly well. Anyone know of a good way to keep fingerprints out of green stuff?

Some interesting stuff - I think they take some inspiration from Warcraft which I know is quite popular. That big squig thing with all the goblins on it I think will be well recieved.
