Long time, no paint!
Ok, so after attending GamesDay Atlanta I decided that I\'d been out of the hobby for too long. This is the second mini I\'ve painted after a year off (the first being the Eowyn I did for GD, which made first cut, but which was left at Rodnik\'s house without me getting any pics of it).
I picked this one up ages ago, and had painted him and then stripped him well over a year back. I picked him up again after GD mainly to do some NMM work and once I started I just decided to go on with him.
The cape was a big source of frustration. The Reaper Triad I started working with was apparently one of the crap ones so I had some really grainy paint going. I adjusted over to a Vallejo/GW combination that kinda worked, but it never really came together the way I wanted. The rest of the figure I\'m pretty happy with.
