That is awesome. I\'ve already gone and shared it with several friends... lol

I heard a version of that joke vike:

So, a pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel attached to his pants.

The bartender asks \"Why do you have a steering wheel on your pants?\"

The pirate said \"I was just in a bad car accident, can you help me pull it off?\"

Yeahhh.... I\'m listening to real NYC hip-hop right now. El-P, baby. This pirate crap offends me (I\'m a music snob after all). I\'m sure these dudes don\'t know the first thing about hip-hop culture, it seems they are only influenced by the \"hip-hop\" they see on MTV. I really don\'t feel they should knock something they are clueless about (which is quite apparent from their music).

That being said, if you want some killer dorky hip-hop, check out Deltron 3030. One of my favorite albums ever. Not all \"hip-hop\" is about gun-talk, riding dirty, hoes, and money. You just gotta find the good stuff.

I like Deltron 3030. They\'re pretty good.

But I don\'t consider myself a hip-hop person. I can\'t stand it (with the exception of the pirate stuff and Deltron). I\'m a guitar freak :)

Ah. It wasn\'t intended to offend- it was more for the comedy value. I know it\'s not \"proper\" hip-hop, and I\'m with mattsterbenz on this one- can\'t stand trt. I didn\'t really think they were knocking hip-hop exactly, however, more parodying it. And since I know sod-all about hip-hop too, from what I could tell they\'d parodied mainstream mtv hip-hop rather well and quite amusingly. I wasn\'t really expecting anyone to take it seriously- hell, I just wanted to give people a giggle, and of course you can\'t make everyone laugh. I don\'t think it stands up to indepth musical critique! lol
