Well I\'m back from town and I\'m sorry to say he didn\'t win the single figure category :(






He got moved to the monster/tank category and won that instead!!!!!! :bouncy::flip::bouncy:

I\'m dead chuffed as I thought the competition in the monsters was slightly tougher than the single fig and I got loads of kind comments from people in the store too so WOOHOO!!!
At the monent Krood and Grotski are lording it over the cabinet in GW Cov meaning that I can\'t take any propper pictures of da seenik base wot I nokked up speshul like. OrkyDave says he\'ll take a few for me during the week and his camera is way better than mine so I\'m hoping for some nice ones to add to my gallery.

This will be the first thing I\'ve actually finished from this entire thread, double WOOHOO!!!! :D

While I\'m still waiting for OrkyDave to sort his recalcitrant camera out I\'ll put up this pic of the Slaaneshi Daemon Prince I\'ve been working on for a \"new rules\" Noise Marine army. Version one was just a stock DP with the funky sword that came with this guy but he kept getting his arse shot off before he made it into combat so I tweaked the list a bit. Instead of Wind of Chaos he now has wings and Lash of Submission so he can get to where he needs to be quickly and then drag some unwilling opponents within charge reach (hopefully on turn one).

So here he is in his best \"Come to Butthead\" pose. Due to his success in my last game he\'s earnt the provisional name of Gareth Gobblecoque but I\'ll probably have to change that if I want to use him in the store lol

I\'m planning on sculpting his left hand into a glove to match the stocking type thing on his leg but I haven\'t settled on a suitable head yet. I may just end up trying to sculpt one, but so far I haven\'t tried faces yet and I\'m a bit apprehensive. Then again a smooth Daemonette style face may not be that hard to pull off.
