The first time I encountered Amuse-Bouche I was a little thrown... sat in a posh restaurant with family for my Nan's 80th, I declined a starter due to the fact I rarely finish the main when eating out. Chef supplies me a little fancy to entertain the taste buds. I was more concerned about whether they were going to try & charge for something I hadn't ordered! My Dad said the cabbage foam floating on white truffle oil was very tasty

I do dislike the way I'm capable of being upset by unexpected acts of friendliness, stop confounding my expectations people! It's the long straight unadventurous road of no suprises for me through life, thank you very much
