Yep. They did it again.

Yeah. I have been going back and forth with her. I saved EVERY email.Even my replies. I think it finally set in when I pointed out she was telling me in advance she was going to steal my cash. Now I will wat for the mini to come. If it does not get here, I will send the case to ebay.

Who do I contact in teh UK about mail fraud?

In the UK it would be royal mail or possibly the police. I don\'t suppose ebay would be interested in sorting it out?

It\'s not nice when this kinda thing happens, but as has already been said, it shouldn\'t put you off buying on E bay, think about the number of positive deals you\'ve had, I\'m sure they out number the sour ones.
What you can do, what I would do, is share the name of this seller with us here, and on any other forums you post on, it\'s not like you\'re rubbishing her name after all, just stating facts. you\'d just be helping others avoid the same unpleasant experience with a dodgy seller.
Personally, I\'ve only had one bumb deal over the last year or so, but it was resolved more or less satisfactorallly. On the plus side, about a month or so ago I had a very nice lady return excess postage to me via paypal, now there\'s something you don\'t often see.:D

Just say the name. There is no malice in it - we are talking about someone who is ripping you off and probably does this regularly. Mentioning the name to us would allow us to stay away from that person, saving us the hassle you are going through right now.

Seriously, I entered someone who wouldn\'t hold up his end of the ebay-bargain into several dozens of (free, but adress-selling) raffles. I doubt he\'ll ever recover from the spam he gets. And he deserved it, too.

So if I\'m that much of an asshole, why should you not be allowed to be a very, very small one? ;)

Also, giving us the name opens up a great way of effing with the guy - it\'s incredible what you can find out if you know where to look

If you publish the name the seller will likely just change their UserName and move on. Of course IIRC they lose all their accumulated feedback.

I just hope he didn\'t win any of them otherwise that\'s a plan that really backfired lol
