Hey guys!!!

Recently i tried to strip my first couple of minis!!!

I used oven cleaner and left them in there for a little while!!

but when i took them out and scrubbed them with a ol\' toothbrush the black primer stayed on!!

I am not sure if it is meant to happen or if it needs to be in longer??

Thanks alot for any feedback would be helpful!!!

By the way - did you get my joke about the topic title!

Thanks for any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!:D

oh my shall we put you out of your misery?
Brake fluid, acetone or better yet simple green.
I have this feeling you have already been told this but do not have the time to look.
Good luck :D

I read a comment by someone else on this site(I can\'t remember who) that recommended a product called Klean-Strip. I bought it at Home depot for $6 US. I will never use anything else again. I put an exorcist tank in it and in 18 hours it was paint free. A lot less toxic than brake fluid. It is also very kind to plastic models. I forgot I had put another rhino in there and it was not damaged after 3 weeks in non-diluted solution!

I use a biodegradable product called \"RemovAll\" There are different sorts for different materials.. I use 210. It works good and is friendly to the environment at the same time. :)

Put the mini in the stuff and wait over night.. pick it up with a tong and clean of the colour. You may also just brush it on if the layer of paint is thin.. just don\'t let the RemovAll dry. There are instructions on the can.
